MP3 Panda have had this on the cards for a while, but it seems like it’s all up and running now. Their download manager is designed to make downloading from the site a much easier process.

The manager works just like their site, you can browse through their music library as normal; including charts and new releases.

There are lots of advantages of using the download manager over the site; you can specify exactly where you want your downloads to go, you can download multiple files at once, you can see your history of downloads and you can still browse the site as normal without needing to be on the site itself.

It’s a handy piece of software for downloading you music easily and quickly.

So how do I get the Download Manager?

You can get the Download Manager from the MP3 Panda website. This will take you to the download page where you need to save the ‘setup.exe’ file to your pc in order to install the manager. Installing is easy, double-click the setup.exe icon and just follow the on-screen instructions. Once the install is completed, you will be given a few screens to confirm your account.

In order for the manager to work, you will need to tell it where to save your music too. It automatically goes to a MP3 Panda folder inside your music folder. You can change this if you want with the browse button, but this is a pretty good place to save music too!

Sign in with your account details or register:

Next, you need to sign in with your email address and password. If you do not have an MP3 Panda account, you can create one on the site or do it from the authorisation screen (above) by clicking ‘Register New User’. Once you’ve logged in, you will be able to see the manager.

From here, you can do everything you would normally do on the site; browse for tracks, albums and artist, view charts, new releases, get to the help section, change your account details, see your download history and queue downloads so you can leave them running while you make a cup of tea!
